Job Description

I am working in partnership with a fantastic provider of extra care housing to recruit outstanding support workers for one of their schemes in Nottingham.

I am seeking FULL TIME support staff to work a varied shift pattern. This will be on a rolling rota and will include early shifts, late shifts, possible long days and alternative weekends.

You will support older adults within their own tenancies who require additional support.

This could include support with personal care, access to resources, medication, hoisting and accessing external appointments and contacts.

I am seeking applications from professional, motivated and passionate individuals who really do value making a difference to the lives of the people they support and want to ensure that their independence and dignity is maintained for as long as possible.

Successful applicants will:

* Be competent and experienced in the field of personal care and support

* Hold a minimum of the level 2 in health and social care or have professional or personal experience

* Be flexible to work a varied shift pattern, to include earlies, lates, long days and weekends on a rota basis
