I am looking for full time support workers to join an established organisation who supports adults with learning disabilities in a supported housing setting.

You will work early or late shifts and support some fabulous people who are independent, have a wide range of interests and are the support they need to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Some elements of personal care
* Support with life skills, activities, independence and community involvement
* Liaising with professional and external providers
* Creating and maintaining a meaningful relationship with the family
* Updating all relevant paperwork

To be considered for this extremely rewarding opportunity, you will demonstrate personal or professional care experience, have flexibility to work a varied shift pattern and ideally have a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

You will receive an hourly rate of £8.98 per hour, enhanced annual leave allowance, access to continued training and progression and a wealth of health and well-being benefits.
