This company is a long partner to BS Social Care who look after and support completely their staff team. You will be excepted to work with in the guidelines of the care plan, adhering to the Mental Health Capacity Act. Using appropriate interactions for both verbal and non verbal communications.

You will be supporting individuals to complete personal choices, encouraging food and fluid in take by means of giving as much guidelines as possible whilst allowing independence.

The ideal candidate for this role will be positive, approachable and mindful towards others whilst supporting with in the home and in the community.

Applicants for this role must be willing to undertake a NVQ level 2 or equivalent and wiliness to under take training

This role pay between £9.00 to £9.88. This is a temporary to permanent role
