Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic purpose built supported living service in the town of Rothwell. The service is looking for enthusiastic support workers to work on a part time basis assisting the residents with their daily routine. They are looking for support workers who have a caring nature and enjoy supporting residents to leave as independently as possible.

The service accommodates 12 residents and welcomes a variety of needs. This can range from learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health and substance abuse and will require you to be able to adapt to the varying needs of the different residents, including personal care.

To be eligible for this role you will need to have a minimum of 12 months experience working within care and an enhanced DBS on the update service. Manual handling training is also essential to the role.

Shifts available are mornings, afternoons and weekends. There are also opportunities to become a permanent member of their team.

This is paid at a rate of £8.50, with enhanced rates for bank holidays. We also offer accrued holiday pay and a pension scheme.
