I am working on a number of long term bookings as well as having long term relationships with services across Buckinghamshire. I will work with you to understand where you want to work and what you are most experienced in, to find bookings that will suit you.

I am working with a service in High Wycombe, who have had a young person join them recently and they need some support overnight. I need resilient, experienced Childrens Residential Support workers to help support them to provide high quality support the children in their care. You will be working on a 1:1 basis with this young person, they are on the autistic spectrum, with oppositional defiance disorder and they process things in a very different way to others. They need someone to really connect with them and build a relationship with them.

This organisation support young person in self contained flats, so you will be working 1:1 with this young person, spending some time with them in the evening, staying over night and then leaving the following morning. This is a Monday-Friday night cover and is ongoing for the foreseeable future.

I want to know about your experience; where have you worked? What training have you done? What do you want more experience doing? Do you have a Level 3 working with children, or an equivalent? You might have a degree in Social Care, or perhaps another degree relevant to working with children?

You'll also get to work in other services as I will work with you to place you into bookings you enjoy.

If you have a current DBS registered online, that`s amazing. If you don`t, not to worry, I`d be more than happy to talk you through how you can obtain one.
