Support Workers are required for an ongoing/temporary job providing support and care for a young teenager.

The Role:
Your job will be to provide a consistent level of care and support to a young teenager who has emotional and challenging behaviour. The role requires a passionate person to support them with their daily routine such as school run and cooking. Most importantly provide an extra smile to their day! Shift pattern varies depending on the need and it's 2:1 support.

What's needed?
- 12 months experience in social care setting
- Safeguard training needed
- Need to be a driver due to the location
