Job Description

I am currently working with a leading provider of care and support services to people who have suffered with brain injury.

The company are a UK-Wide Charity that offer wide range of services including rehabilitation programmes, carer support, social re-integration, community outreach and respite care to survivors and families in their own communities.

My Client is currently looking for Support workers to support people in their own home in the Birmingham and Solihull area.

This role will include but not be limited to:
-responsibility for monitoring own working hours and completing timesheets
-Plan, prepare and deliver tasks within the agreed User Plan for individuals
-Assist users in their chosen tasks in the home
-complete all client documents
-Attend reviews with the client and other professionals.
-Drive the client and/or travel with the client


I am looking for candidates who have previous experience supporting vulnerable people.

Ideally you will hold your NVQ 2/3 in Health and Social care.

To Be considered for this role you MUST be a driver with access to your own vehicle.
