We are looking for creative, flexible and passionate people to join our team supporting people with learning disabilities and mental health needs. We support people between the ages of 18-65 living in a Residential setting promoting independence and supporting their emotional and physical needs.

Location: Llangwyfan (Denbigh)
Salary:£21,255 - £23,805 depending on experience
Hours: 8am-3pm OR 3pm-10pm OR Long days if preferred

Responsibilities:
. Complying with company`s safety, care and well-being of service users always.
. To promote independence by encouraging service users to learn new skills through occupational therapy.
. To assist with personal care.
. To prepare food for service users in accordance to dietary requirements.
. Administer, prescribe medication.
. To complete care plans and risk assessments for all service users.
. To actively encourage service users to participate in any social educational and general activities, also providing support in enabling them to do so.A detailed job description will be provided during the recruitment process.
