ADULT SUPPORT WORKER - WIRRAL/CHESTER

BS Social Care are currently recruiting on behalf of a well known care company who are currently looking for bright new staff members to join there ever growing team.

This role has two residential homes, one based in the Wirral and one in Chester.

We are looking for experienced support workers who love new experiences and a good challenge!

You would be supporting adults with Learning disabilities, providing day to day support, personal care and dealing with challenging behaviour. There is the possibility of lone working also.

If you are a dedicated, hard working individual with a genuine passion for the health and social care sector, then we would love to discuss the role further with you. Main qualities we are looking for are reliable trustworthy people, who are comfortable and adaptable to new situations.

To qualify for this role please note you will need at least a years paid experience within the last 2 years, or 6 months paid experience within the last year.

Drivers are preferred however not necessary, and a NVQ is also preferred, however not necessary. Also please be aware the service has a dog so if you have allergies you may want to consider this.

The salary for this role is as follows:
£8.65 P/H on probation
£8.75 P/H after probation (if no NVQ)
£8.85 after probation (if has NVQ level 2 health and social care)
