Team Leader required immediately!

We are currently recruiting for a fantastic and passionate Team Leader to join our small supported living service to encourage and support individuals with Learning Difficulties.

Details of role:

Position: Team Leader
Location: Horley
Hours: Full time- 37.5 hours per week

NVQ Level 3 Or equivalent


Duties:
Leading on the day to day running of the service
Provide effective supervision to a small team of support worker
Create and manage an effective and fair rota to ensure all shifts are covered and any short-term changes are managed promptly
Support service users on all aspects of daily living including personal care, medication, daily living skills and accessing the community on a rota basis
Safeguarding service users' rights and dignity.


For this role:

You will be paid a minimum of £10 per hour

Requirements for Role:

Have you got a minimum of 6 months experience working with Learning disabilities and Challenging behaviour clients?
Do you have experience working with autism or clients who are autistic?
Do you have the right to work in the UK?
Do you have an enhance updated DBS or willing to do a new enhanced DBS?
You will be working as part of a team and as such good written and verbal communication will be needed for this role.
