Support Worker - Nights

£9p/h + Holiday Pay and Pension
Nailsea/Backwell.

Support Workers are needed for night shifts every day of the week throughout October!

This home has an amazing feeling as soon as you walk through the door you'll be made to feel really welcomed. The manager has an open door and you'll be welcomed to go to her with anything.

A bit about the home you'll be working in. The people who live here are full of character and so are the staff. The home has a mixture of learning disabilities and challenging behaviour. You'll be giving them the support to enable them to live as independently as possible. Some of the duties will be really enjoyable but also some will require you to muck in with the rest of the team when the people who live there need care. For example, domestic cleaning and personal care. You'll have support whilst on shift as well!

As your personality is the key point here all I'm looking for is 6 months experience with a relevant qualification or 12 months experience without.

The service has great access to public transport so getting there almost anytime is easy.

You'll get £9.00 per hour and we'll pay more for nights.
Holiday pay and pension is also included!
