I have a number of opportunities available for support workers to join a recognised provider at their services in Wem, Shropshire. These services are located close to Wem train station and promote person centred care and independent living for adults with autism, autism spectrum disorders and behaviours which may prove challenge.

All we ask is:

* where possible, you hold the level 2 or 3 in health and social care, or are willing to work towards this
* are compassionate, understanding, motivated and have excellent communication skills
* have the passion to change the lives of the people you support
* Flexibility to work a varied shift pattern


You will be required to work various shifts on a rota basis, including weekends.
