Support Worker
Swansea

Are you an experienced Support Worker living in the Swansea area?

Do you need a job which is flexible, provides a great work life balance and works around your other commitments?

If so, then here at BS Social Care we have a fantastic work opportunity for you!

We currently have lots of work with a reputable and popular care provider. If you are successful in your application, then you will be working with this care provider in a number of different supported living settings. Your role will be to assist the clients with their day to day needs, to promote independence and to empower them. You will assist with cooking, organising activities, attending appointments and generally offering support and guidance.

Manual handling training and medication training is desirable for this role but is not essential. Being a driver is also desirable, but not essential.

As a successful candidate, you will be open to learning and a great team player. You will have a kind, calm and patient manner and you will take pleasure in helping people and making people smile.

We have a variety of shifts available including waking night shifts, sleep ins, day shifts, week day and weekend shifts.
