Here at BS Social Care we are working with a leading care provider who require a Support Worker for a residential service in Port Talbot. This service supports adults with learning disabilities and autism by embowering them to live fulfilled and independent lives.

Your role will be to offer general guidance and support, assist with cooking, accompany clients on outings in to the community and to inject fun and positivity in to their day! The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six months relevant experience within the last 12 months.

Due to the nature of this service, PBM training is essential and candidates must be confident dealing with challenging behaviour. Being a driver is desirable, but not essential.

You will have the option of 24 hour contact, 7 days a week, with a team of dedicated consultants who are at the ready to give you any support you might need! There is also the opportunity for training and professional development.
