I have a number of opportunities available for support workers to join a recognised provider at their specialist supported living setting for adults with an autism diagnosis in Shrewsbury.

All we ask is:

* where possible you hold the level 2 or 3 in health and social care, or are willing to work towards this
* are compassionate, understanding, motivated and have excellent communication skills
* have the passion to change the lives of the people you support
* hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle

You will be required to work various shifts on a rota basis, including weekends.
