Your role as a Support Worker for this service is to support individuals who are autistic and have mental health issues. They can be challenging behaviour however you will not be lone working. The individuals you are supporting may display sexual behaviour but we are looking for individuals not phased by this.

For this particular service we are looking for people like you who are patient, resilient and not easily phased. You must be interested in starting out temporary with a view to go permanent.
