BS Social Care are working with various Learning Disabilities/Mental Health units across South London - we are actively recruiting for temporary staff to enable us to fulfil this

This role is looking for a Support Worker to work closely with the service users and the team to ensure the service users are receiving the best possible care to allow the vulnerable adults to have the best possible start in life and to receive all of the care they personally need by delivering high standards of care, protection and support to service users and related complex needs by facilitating their physical, psychological, emotional and recreational development.

You will be working in various homes across South London. You will follow their care plans, be creative, bring ideas to the table, support the service users and the team to have the best possible experience whilst working and living in the home.

It is ideal that you have a driving licence with access with access to your own car, we are also looking for candidates with Learning Disability experience, nonverbal experience and residential experience (we cannot accept homecare or supported living experience). The above can be with adults. Should you have the experience stated above but you do not have any qualifications, we can pay to put you through that.
