Job Description

We are looking for an experience support worker for the outreach teach that support local rough sleepers based in Northwich on a temporary basis.

This extremely important support service which provides the support and guidance to help people get their lives back onto a positive track again.

You would be working waking nights and day shifts which would be 21:00-08:00 or 10:00-18:00, so you must be flexible for both shift patterns. You will be supporting rough sleeps to access the help and support they require depending on their needs. You will be working with another member of the team at all times.

Ideally you will have had experience working with people that are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. You will need to have at least 12 months experience.

You must have an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be ready to apply for a new one.
This role pays £10.00 per hour.
