We have an exciting opportunity for experienced Support Workers to join an organisation supporting adults with Physical Disabilities, learning disabilities and Autism in the Swinton area.

Do you have 6 months experience within Health and Social Care? Are you passionate about working with adults? If you have, then look no further!


The day to day duties of the role will be helping with all daily duties such as cooking, cleaning, appointments, shopping, meal times, medication, community visits, and activities that the services users may take part in. You need to be someone who is outgoing, self-motivated and is dedicated to their work in the care sector. Also, you will need to be a team player, be friendly and approachable and have great communication skills.

You will be working day shifts which at 8am - 4pm or 2pm - 9pm.

The pay rate for this role will be £8.50 per hour and the benefits will include double pay on bank holidays, accrued holiday pay, pension scheme, 24 hour support 365 days a year, reward and recognition and the potential for a permanent job.
