We are currently recruiting for temporary Support Workers within the Accrington area to work with Adults with Autism and challenging behaviour.

We are currently recruiting for Adult Support Workers who are available on a temporary basis who may be eventually seeking a permanent role.

The Role?
You will be supporting individuals who are on the Autistic spectrum on either a 1-1 or 2-1 basis with daily tasks such as cooking, cleaning and joining in with activities. The individuals are often quite independent however they may need prompting with personal care.

You will be a supportive and reliable individual who is able to hit the ground running! You will have prior experience working within a support work environment and be able to deal with situations in a calm manner.

In order to be considered for this role, you must have either 6 months work experience within social care with a relevant qualification or 12 months experience within social care.
