Job- Support Worker- Waking nights
Location - RCT- Cwmbran/Pontypridd
Salary - £16345-£18374

I am looking for individuals that ideally hold their QCF/NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People. You will be support young people in a safe environment. It is a small home with an emphasis on concentrated care for each young person.

This is a warm and welcoming home, your role will be leading a team to focus on the day to day care of the children and young people whilst working with a dedicated team. You will be regularly attending workshops where you will be discussing the therapeutic approach.

There are elements of EBD and challenging so experience in this field would be ideal. You must be 21+ and have a full clean driving license. The home works on a three week rolling rota with each shift being 12 hours.
