Brook Street Social Care are representing a national charity providing support for people with learning disabilities. The client are seeking full time or part time staff in the Preston area on an initial temporary basis that may go permanent for the right candidate.

You will be working in a supported living service supporting adults with learning disabilities and possibly some complex needs who can be challenging. Shifts patterns vary depending on what you me be seeking as there will be days, sleep ins (paid hourly) and waking nights available.

The Brook Street Social Care Team based in Preston cover the whole of Lancashire and Cumbria and are seeking further enthusiastic professionals to join our team!

To work with us, you will need:

• 6 months paid, hands-on experience or recently undertaken training
• To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users
• Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
• Desirable: DBS on the update service
