Hours: Day shifts, Waking nights

Role: Experienced Support Worker for Complex Care Needs
As an Experienced Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients with complex care needs.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalised care and support tailored to the individual's unique needs.
- Assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility.
- Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of care and progress.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best care possible.
- Offering emotional support and companionship to improve the overall well-being of our clients.

-Proven experience working with individuals who have complex care needs.
-Empathy and a deep understanding of the challenges these individuals face.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must have an enhanced DBS
-Must be a driver due to the location of the services.
