Job Description

Independent Living Support Worker Role

South Manchester Area

£7.94 p/h £37 hours per week

Sleeps will be paid at £78.30 per night

My client is currently looking for 2/3 support workers to join their busy team based in the south Manchester area. Your role will consist of supporting Adults/ Young adults in the community with learning disabilities with a forensic background. You will get your own case load giving you the independence to work towards your own care plan on how you think would be best outcome for the individual.

This role would be perfect for someone who is wanting to make a change to people`s lives and their perspective on life moving forward, also someone with experience in all mannerisms of Adult or Child Care. You will be looked upon to help with Duties to provide emotional support, helping making good decisions, medication and teach life skills teaching.

My Client is currently looking for flexibility as you will be working 5 out of the 7 days and you will be subject to a 4 Week pro Rata system this will be given in as much advance as possible to the successful candidates. My Client is currently looking for candidates to have 2 year`s experience in the care sector.
