Job Description

My client is based in Banbury and is part of a national, well reputed organisation. This particular service provides support for adults who have Autism and exhibit challenging behaviour.

This service specifically focuses on supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and sight loss to help them engage in their local community, enable them to make choices and express their individuality. Does this sound like something you want to be involved in?

The role will involve supporting male service users who are autistic and exhibit challenging behaviour. They are in a supported living plan and need you to support with them with day to day activities but encouraging their individuality.

I`m looking for commitment, reliability and good transferable skills in care. I need someone with a genuine desire to help, good resilience and a positive attitude. Doe this sound like you? Then I`d like a chat.

This will be an ongoing temporary position on a part time basis. Typical day shifts are between 08:00-22:00 and there may be some need for nights and weekend shift cover.

As this is a part time temporary role, giving me good flexibility allows me to provide you with enough work.

You will need to have 12 months up to date care experience. You will need an up to date DBS on the online update system, if you don't have this then I can support you in getting this.

Between £8.50 - £8.80 an hour depending on the shift.

If you feel you could make a valuable contribution to this service and others then I definitely want to hear from you.

You can contact me in branch on 01604 631 797 or email me on - Shannon Langsdon
