ROLE: Residential Care Worker (children)
LOCATION: Bridgwater
PAY: £11 per hour
START DATE: ASAP
We are recruiting for an amazing organisation who support young people in care. This is a chance to make a real impact to peoples lifes! If this sounds of interest then read on.

Duties
You'll be providing a supportive and nurturing environment, where you'll be leading by example and showing how to maintain good personal and professional relationships. You'll be responsible for the safety and well-being of the young people, whilst on shift with them. You'll need to have a supportive and positive nature and display what professional boundaries look like.

What we're looking for
You'll need to have 6 months experience working with children in residential care,
Ideally you'll need to be a car driver, but not essential.
We'll need to get references to cover the last 5 years.
You'll need a DBS, if you have one on the update service then we can get ready to work even quicker!
