Here at BS Social Care we are currently recruiting for Residential support workers to work within an established company, who provide care to children and young people. Our client is looking for support workers who are committed to initiating positive change to a child's life, building a trustworthy relationship and providing the highest quality care at all times. As part of a team you will be expected to help and understand the needs of each young person under your care, and provide structure and support to their home, school and social lives. Confidence, compassion and patience is the perfect mix of qualities needed for this role.

Ideal candidates-
" Enhanced DBS registered to the update service
" Minimum of 1 years' experience in child support services
" Level 3 Health and social care
" Experience working with challenging young people
" First aid desirable
