Job Description

Do you have up to date Breakaway training or equivalent redirection and protection training? Do you have a good knowledge of reducing risk and de-escalation techniques as well as a good awareness of trigger references? A nice opportunity has arisen to work within a supported living service supporting adults with complex behavioural issues. You will be required to understand and follow care plans and risk -assessments, recognising trigger references and to use re-direction and protection techniques if required. Working as part of a team, you will be assisting with individuals going to community activities and appointments alongside day-to-day tasks.

You will be reliable, dedicated and consistent individual. You class yourself as someone who displays a positive attitude towards and a genuine passion to support vulnerable individuals.

Suitable applicants must hold relevant breakaway training or equivalent training. You will have a minimum of 1 years work experience or 6 months with a relevant qualification within the social care sector supporting individuals in a similar environment.
