B S Social Care are expanding! We are looking for an experienced, responsive individual to support a young gentleman in the Wirral with complex health issues.

You will join an intricate support system for the gentleman in question, ensuring that he is cared for attentively on a daily basis. He receives care 24hrs a day on a 1-1 basis as well 6 hours support on a 2-1 basis.

Communication skills are essential as although the gentleman is non verbal at present, he has recently began using limited words so we ask that this is worked on throughout the shift. He is physically disabled and his condition (LBSL) presents complex health issues so support staff MUST be experienced with managing additional needs as well as providing sporadic personal care.

The ideal candidate will not only be experienced but invested in the gentlemans development and wellbeing. We are looking for someone who is dedicated to enriching the gentlemans life and ensuring that his days are fun, fulfilled and meaningful.
