Here at BS Social Care we are recruiting dedicated, experienced and committed Support Workers across South Wales to help fantastic teams of staff provide support and care to individuals across Caldicott and the surrounding areas
As a domiciliary care worker, you will support residents within their homes whilst supporting their daily needs and maintaining their safety and independence. Additionally, you will support individuals with their mental health, dementia, learning disabilities and physical health through support, inclusion, personal care and everyday needs.

To work with us, you will need:
- A minimum of 6 months paid, hands-on experience or recently undertaken training. For this role. Training will also be provided by the company.
- To be approachable, friendly, proactive and engage with the services users
- Great communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Desirable: DBS on the update service
