Support Worker

We are working in partnership with a client based in Carmarthen who are currently recruiting for a female support worker to support adults with learning disabilities within a supported living service.

This is a full time role working 39 hours a week that would include a range of shifts, such as days, nights, and weekends.

Duties of the role will include supporting people to access and participate in recreational activities in their immediate locality and wider community, and Encourage those you will be supporting to take part in new opportunities and activities, expanding their experiences.

You will relate to, and interact with, people you will be supporting and maintain a non -judgemental approach.
You will so support individuals in their daily living through their identified needs and goals, engaging in a person centred approach at all times.
