£9 per hour
36.5 (full time)

Based in Birmingham

MUST BE DRIVER WITH ACCESS TO OWN VEHICLE

An incredible new opportunity has become available for a support worker to assist, and work with vulnerable residents and encourage independence and maximise potential to achieve personalised outcomes.

As a support worker you will guidance to residents in regards to the tenancy/licence agreement and the relevant organisational procedures, collect of service charges, Work with Managers and Support Workers to develop and implement tenancy/licence sustainment action plans.

You will work with young people and enable them to sustain their tenancy and equip them in relation to taking responsibility for their property. You will also show how to report repairs and keep the property in a clean and acceptable manner as well as managing and monitoring compliance of company owned accommodation and leased properties.

Being a driver with access to your own vehicle is necessary as you will be required to visit other sites in the area.
