Do you have experience working with Children with Autism?

I have a fantastic opportunity at a residential school for Autism for night support staff.



This residential provision is able to accommodate seven students and have a 24 hour curriculum placement which focuses on communication, socialisation and independent living skills.

The children are aged between 4-19 years old and can be very challenging. Your role will be to encourage them to sleep on time, keep them calm and in try to keep them in the bedroom during night time. In the morning you will be trying to get them to shower, support them with making breakfast and promoting independency.
