Salary: £11.09ph
Contract type: Temporary.
Hours: Full Time.
Location: Newcastle.


We are looking for a strong minded and determined worker to come and work at our wonderful residential site. The service users of this site do pose strong personalities with challenging behavior. Workers who are successful would need to have a strong level of experience working with autism and managing challenging behaviors. Some knowledge on DOL's isnt essential but is desirable for this position.

This site has many service users however there is one service user who a lot of one-on-one support from the employees of the site is needed. We believe in having a person-centered approach at our residential site. Ensuring we encourage independence with all aspects of daily living, accessing the community, physical and mental health wellbeing and staying safe.
