Supporting Young Adults with Learning Difficulties in their own homes and out in the community. You will be expected to Support the clients in their everyday lives and they will tell YOU what they need and what they want to do. CHOICE is the key word here!!!!

You Will Need To:

- Be Experienced In This Type Of Work
- Be Patient
- Be Motivational In Your Approach
- Ask What The Client Wants And What They Want To Do
