Support Workers needed in Rugby and Nuneaton!

We are looking for an experience support workers who are medication trained and a driver with Business Mileage. You will be working with people with Challenging Behaviour and Autism, assisting service users with social activities e.g. swimming, walking and taking them to the pub.

This is a on going temporary role with 30 roughly 30 hours a week, which involves 24 hour shifts. So you will be doing 2-3 lates, sleeps and earlies. The role is 1-1 however you will have the opportunity to do shadow shifts prior to the shifts.

Driver is essential because you will be driving the service users cars to take them places and you must be flexible because the shifts could change every week including weekends.

Please note this role is immediate start and on going for eight weeks, it could extend if needed.
