Looking for Support Workers in Supported Living services



You will be supporting adults aged 18-65 with Mental Health, Physical Impairment Needs, Sensory Impairment and Austim. The role will involve a range of duties such as:
-Maintaining their tenancy, supporting with utilities, maintenance and essential services.
-Support in their health and well being.
- Help develop relationships and take steps to prevent social isolation.
- Access education and work opportunities that are meaningful.
-Actively develop and their skills and independence.


You must have the following:
At least 12 months experience or 6 months along side a qualification.
-Driving License with access to a vehicle
-Excellent time keeping and organisation skills
-Awareness of conditions e.g. Learning disabilities, Autism and Mental Health
-The right attitude, personality and passion to care.
