Do you have experience as a Support Worker helping people with learning disabilities?
If so, we have exciting opportunities for you!

Client is based within a supported living service based in Altrincham (Near tram stop)

You will be supporting, advising and helping young adults with learning disabilities. Your main aim is to help these young people to build and develop independent living skills. In doing so you will be helping with shopping, budgeting, meal planning, completion of forms as well as engaging service users in social and community based activities.

You will need at least 6 months experience within the next 12 months.

The role will be offered to you on a temporary basis, so your flexibility and availability is crucial. You must be available for day shifts on a Monday to Sunday basis
