Support Worker
Cardiff
Up to £9 per hour + holiday pay + pension contributions

We are looking for an experienced support worker who is looking for an exciting opportunity in Cardiff. We have an ongoing agreement with a care provider in South Wales who is looking for enthusiastic individuals to help them when possible.

Your job role will be to care for individuals with learning disabilities in a supported living setting. You will encourage them to live as independently as possible, helping them cook, clean, go shopping and to appointments and helping them around the community.

We are looking for someone who is flexible around the board, willing to work days, nights, weekends and sleep ins. You will be in control of your own rota, choosing when you want to work.

Successful candidates will have a minimum of 1 years experience within the care sector.

Being a driver is desirable but not essential.The will also have great communication and and organizations skills.
