CHESHIRE/CHESTER - Support Worker - Learning Disabilities/Mental Health - Temporary/Flexible work

BS Social Care are currently representing one of our top clients that have residential homes/supported living settings in Cheshire/Chester.

Personal care
General duties
One to one work
Medication
Taking into community
liaising with GP`s
Record documentation
Care plans

❄ ESSENTIAL: 6 months paid experience within the last year or 12 months paid experience within the last two years. unfortunately we don't accept voluntary experience. ❄

☃ The pay rate for this role is £9.00 p/h however can go up
