We have great opportunities for Support Workers to join an organisation that provides care and support adults with learning difficulties in Warwickshire on a temp-perm basis.

You`ll be working both as part of a team and on an individual basis to help adults with learning difficulties develop, learn and increase their independence through person centred care. These are supported living environments for 4 service users based in Nuneaton, Rugby and Bedworth.

You must have 12 months previous experience in a similar role, or 6 months with a qualification.

You will be supporting with daily practical tasks (including elements of personal care), social activities, attending appointments and any other tasks needed.
You must be a driver as some clients may need transporting in the mobility vehicles.

Hours on a rota basis but will include a mix of earlies (07:15-14:45), lates (14:15-22:00) and sleep-ins.
You will be expected to work 2 out of 3 weekends - usually a weekend will only be one day out of the two.
