Job Description

Are you an experienced Support Worker living in the Hemel Hempstead area?

If so, then here at BS Social Care we have a fantastic work opportunity for you!

We currently have lots of work with a reputable and popular care provider in the Hemel Hempstead area. If you are successful in your application then you will be working with this care provider in a number of different supported living settings. You role will be to assist the clients in the their day to day needs, to promote independence and to empower them. You will assist with cooking, organising activities, attending appointments and generally offering support and guidance.

The successful candidate will preferably have PBM training and epilepsy awareness training although this is not essential. As a successful candidate, you will be open to learning and a great team player. You will have a kind, calm and patient manner and you will take pleasure in helping people and making people smile.
We have a variety of shifts available including waking night shifts, sleep ins, day shifts, week day and weekend shifts.

From us you can expect a competitive rate of pay, holiday pay and National Insurance contributions. You will also have a dedicated team of consultants who will be on call to help you with any needs you might have!
