Support Worker- Learning Disabilities
Supported Living
Bradford- BD18, Bingley - BD16, SouthCraven - BD22 and Skipton - BD23
Various shifts- 6,8,10 Hour shifts
Sleeps required - £39.24 per sleep

Job Profile
You would be required to work in a person-centred way; to be part of a team to help promote independence and support tenants to enhance their skills and ability and to assist them in making choices and decisions.
Experience and Qualifications
You must have achieved or be prepared to work towards a minimum of Level 3 Diploma, in Health and Social Care (Adults) and preferably have a minimum of 2 years' experience of working with people who have a learning disability.
You will be required to have effective computer and IT skills.
