We are recruiting for support workers, supporting individuals with mental health.

You will be supporting individuals with mental health and challenging behaviour in a female only service. The shifts can vary from waking nights to day shifts.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working within this sector and committed to making a difference. The day to day duties will be assisting individuals with there day to day activities and supporting them emotionally.
We are looking for individuals who are hardworking, trustworthy and reliable, who have the capabilities to cope under unforeseen circumstances.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 12 months experience within the social care sector or 6 months experience with a relevant qualification.
