Job Description

Crisis Recovery Worker - roles available in Derby.

We urgently require candidates for an eight bedded unit in the Derby area.

Are you looking for a temporary role which could lead to a permanent job?

Do you have experience working for a crisis service?

Do you have a good understanding of mental health? If so, this may be the job for you.

BS Social Care has over 20 years experience in providing staff to the health and social care sector. We are well known for the quality of staff we provide to our clients and the positive working relationships we have with our employees.

We are currently looking for Crisis Recovery workers who can assist others in their recovery and provide the best crisis intervention service for individuals who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health. Your role would involve supporting those who use the service in achieving their goals and working in a therapeutic way to help them develop coping mechanisms and manage their crisis. The role if suited could lead to a full-time position.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of mental health, experience working with crisis intervention, be flexible, calm, reliable and hardworking.
