Are you seeking new temporary opportunities to work within a service providing support to adults with mental health issues?

Our branch in Lancashire provide staff on a temporary and permanent basis across Lancashire and Cumbria regions. We are looking to recruit temporary staff to support adults within a residential setting who have mental health issues.

You will be available and seeking temporary work and have experience and skills of supporting adults with mental health issues, and the role will include providing daily support within a residential setting, engaging with the service users, observations, following the support plans, adhering to any internal policies and procedures.

Ideally you will have a good understanding of supporting adults with mental health issues, and be a positive and encouraging person who enjoys getting the best out of people and encouraging people.

You will have previous experience of working across the social care sectors, and have a good understanding of supporting vulnerable people. Ideally you will have a minimum of 6 months experience with a relevant social care qualification and with medication training certificate in date.
