I am working with a recognised and reputable housing provider to recruit their next full time, support worker.

Based in one of their new Sheffield services, you will work closely with adults with complex mental health needs and support them to manage their mental health and wellbeing effectively.

You will have your own caseload of clients and will work with them regularly to ensure they have the skills to live independently, manage their own tenancies and identify key triggers and concerns effectively.

This is a full time role which requires flexibility to cover a varied shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays. Night working is not an essential part of this role, however, from time to time, you may be called to cover a night shift in an emergency.

To be considered for the support worker role, you must:
* Have personal or professional experience of mental health support
* Demonstrate excellent communication skills and computer literacy
