About the job:
Currently we are looking for support workers to work in Radstock, Somerset. We are looking for people who are looking for flexible work. Your job will be to provide a consistent level of care and support to a young teenager who has emotional and challenging behaviour. The role requires a passionate person to support them with their daily routine such as school run and cooking. Most importantly provide an extra smile to their day! Shift pattern varies depending on the need and it's 2:1 support.

About you:
Applicants must have a 1 year experience in health and social care and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the location. In return you will be rewarded with competitive rates of pay and holiday pay.

Requirements:
As you know, to work in social care you need to be able to evidence a minimum of 12 months work experience and ideally hold a care qualification. Your reference details will need to cover a minimum of 2-5 years. You will need to have a current DBS taken out through us or one on the update service.
