BS Social Care are recruiting for a mental health support worker role.

Working alongside a client who supports families and vulnerable member of society to maximise independence and intergrate into the community

To provide personal and practical guidance and support to individuals in their own homes or an agreed location, encouraging and motivating clients to maximise their independence and enable them to link back into their communities, do the things they enjoy and maintain relationships alongside their physical and mental health.

Ideal candidate would have 6 months recent paid experience working within health and social care, with an interest and previous experience withing mental health,
