Job Description

Job: Recovery Worker
Salary: Starting £19,000, Sleep ins at minimum wage
Location: Middlesbrough and Bishop Auckland
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours

Duties:
Assist people using our services to:
o Manage and improve their own physical and mental well-being
o Develop life-skills including budgeting, money management, tenancy sustainment, access to public services, further education and/or employment and living well in the community
o Live more fulfilling lives and develop new meanings and purposes
o Take control over their life, through their own choices and decisions

Ensure the safe running of the service:
o Assess resident wellbeing and welfare on an ongoing basis
o Keep our service compliant with legal regulations
o Provide a safe, respectful environment
